The National Tuberculosis Control Program, organized in 1978 and operating within a devolved health care delivery system, is one of the public health programs managed and coordinated by the Infectious Diseases for Prevention and Control Division (IDPCD) of the Disease Prevention and Control Bureau (DPCB) of the Department of Health (DOH).
This project was carried out in close collaboration with Lily Pad and the DOH–National Tuberculosis Program (NTP) and the Knowledge Management and Information Technology Service (KMITS). The goal was to strengthen the program’s digital presence by enhancing and updating its online repository of essential information, including activity calendars, galleries, reports, and other resources intended for program managers, service providers, and patients.
A key part of the upgrade focused on improving the website’s user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) to ensure accurate, reliable, and easily accessible information. The enhanced platform now features an updated TB knowledge management repository designed to better support both patients and healthcare providers.
