Do you provide a domain name for my website?
We don't provide domain registration. If you already have a domain, we recommend keeping it with your current provider. When your website is ready, we'll point your domain to our servers using your domain provider login credentials.
How long will it take to build my website?
Development times vary by plan:
- Starter Site: Launches in as little as 2 weeks
- Pro Site and Premium Site: Typically 4-7 weeks
We offer one round of revisions during development to speed up the process. After launch, you’ll have unlimited content edits for ongoing updates.
Can I upgrade my monthly plan in the middle of my agreement term?
Yes, upgrades are available! Since your initial website cost is spread over 12 months, you'll need to pay the difference between your current plan and the upgraded plan for the months already completed. The new plan’s monthly rate will apply from then on.
I already paid for website hosting. Can I keep hosting my new site with that company?
Your website’s security and performance are our top priority, which is why we host it on our servers. Once live, you can cancel your current hosting plan, as long as it’s not hosting other sites or email accounts. If you have questions about our hosting services, don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re happy to assist!
Do you provide email addresses?
Due to the growing complexity and demands of email services, we do not provide email addresses at this time. Instead, we recommend using a dedicated email provider like Google Workspace (formerly G Suite) or Microsoft 365 for your organization’s email needs.
Can I make changes to my website?
Yes, we use WordPress for all our websites, so you can easily log in and make updates. While basic changes are simple, others might need advanced skills.
What types of tasks are included in the unlimited content edits plan?
Our Unlimited Content Edits Plan covers tasks that take 30 minutes or less and can be managed within your WordPress admin panel. This includes adding or editing blog posts and pages, updating menus and widgets, installing plugins, and more.
What happens at the end of the agreement?
After your 12-month agreement, your subscription shifts to a month-to-month maintenance plan, and you fully own your website and its content. If you choose to switch providers, we’ll give you a full website backup. Most clients, however, stick with our maintenance plans for ongoing support.
Do you really offer unlimited content edits?
Yes, unlimited content edits are included on the Premium Plan! After your site is live, feel free to send as many requests as you need. *Content edits are tasks that take 30 minutes or less and can be done through your WordPress admin panel.
What’s your response time for content edits?
Emergency fixes, such as site outages or broken functionality, will be completed within 24-48 hours. General revisions, including other updates, will be finished within 3 business days.
