Our care plans are optimized for websites built by Anido Creatives. Websites built by other providers may be supported after an initial review to ensure compatibility and stability.
How does billing work for the Website Care Plans?
All Website Care Plans are billed upfront for either a 6-month or 12-month term. This allows us to provide consistent monitoring, maintenance, and support throughout the agreement period.
Can I cancel my care plan anytime?
Care plans are committed for the selected 6-month or 12-month term. Cancellations or changes can be requested after the agreement period ends.
At the end of your term, you may:
- Renew your plan
- Upgrade or downgrade to a different plan
- Discontinue the service
We’ll notify you before your term ends so you can decide what works best for you.
What happens if my website breaks or goes down?
