The La Trinidad Vegetable Trading Post Multipurpose Cooperative (LTVTPMPC) is a member-owned cooperative serving traders, workers, and families in Benguet. As a growing, billion-peso institution, the cooperative needed a digital platform that reflects its scale while remaining accessible to its grassroots members.
Prior to the project, key processes such as membership applications, loan inquiries, and access to information were largely manual and fragmented—making services less accessible and harder to navigate. Anido Creatives was engaged to design and develop a website that simplifies these processes, improves clarity, and supports membership growth through a more structured and user-friendly experience.
The project began with the presentation of Anido Creatives’ Cooperative Website Framework—a structured approach designed to improve cooperative workflows, organize existing content, and identify gaps in accessibility, structure, and user guidance. This framework established a clear foundation for translating offline processes into a more efficient digital experience.
Guided by these baseline insights, the information architecture was reorganized to better present membership, financial services, and member benefits in a clear and intuitive format.
A StoryBrand-informed approach was then applied to guide users through key actions—ensuring that content remains simple, actionable, and aligned with the needs of traders, workers, and families.
The website was designed with a focus on clarity, readability, and ease of navigation, ensuring accessibility for users with varying levels of digital familiarity.
Built on WordPress, the platform enables the cooperative’s team to independently manage and update content. Key features include a streamlined membership application flow, a structured products and services section, and a centralized resource hub with guides, FAQs, downloadable forms, and policy references.
The result is a modern, accessible, and sustainable digital platform that improves access to services, reduces reliance on manual inquiries, and strengthens the cooperative’s ability to serve its members and community.
