Charles is a Kankanaey-Igorot creative designer from Besao,Mountain Province, Philippines. Drawing inspiration from his cultural heritage in the Cordillera Region, he employs a grounded, human-centered approach to design, communication, and digital development.
He helps brands grow through intuitive, cohesive, and purpose-driven digital experiences. Charles is the Co-founder and Creative Lead of Lily Pad Digital Solutions, a development agency that supports socio-civic organizations, public institutions, and SMEs through customized information systems and digital services that enhance productivity, reach, and efficiency.
His work blends creative vision with technical precision, strengthened by years of collaboration with diverse communities and organizations. He draws his foundation in visual communication from his education at the University of the Philippines – College of Fine Arts.
